  • TARK nõustab ASi Eesti Raudtee

    2017

    2017. aasta mais kinnitas valitsus 135 miljoni eurose kogumahuga täiendavate taristuinvesteeringute programmi kolmeks järgmiseks aastaks. Raudteeinvesteeringutest kaheksa miljonit eurot on ette nähtud Haapsalu raudtee esimese etapi, so Riisipere-Turba vahelise raudteelõigu ehituseks. TARK nõustab ASi Eesti Raudtee Riisipere-Turba raudteelõigu ehitamist ettevalmistavas protsessis, sh teatud maade riigi omandisse jätmise küsimuses. Klienti nõustavasse meeskonda kuuluvad juhtivpartner Aare Tark, partner Marit Savi ja vandeadvokaat Tanel Küün.

  • TARK advises Estonian Railways

    2017

    In May 2017, the Estonian Government approved a supplementary investment program for infrastructure investment which inter alia foresees reconstruction of first section of Riisipere-Haapsalu railway in Estonia. TARK advises stateowned Estonian Railways Ltd (AS Eesti Raudtee) in preparations for the reconstruction process. Most recently our advice has focused on legal aspects and process of leaving certain unreformed lands into the ownership of the state.

    TARK team includes managing partner Aare Tark, partner Marit Savi and senior associate Tanel Küün.

  • TARK advised Ühinenud Farmid group in sale of agricultural and forest land

    2017

    TARK assisted Ühinenud Farmid group (owned by Austrian investors) in sale of several hundred hectares of agricultural and forest land and agricultural machinery to a buyer also owned by Austrians. We advised the client in working out the deal structure, drafting of the transaction documents and negotiating and closing of the transaction.

    The client was assisted by partner Marit Savi and senior associate Tanel Küün.

  • Kohaliku omavalitsuse ja ettevõtjate koostöökonverents

    2017

    Keila vallavalitsus koostöös Eesti Pereettevõtjate Liiduga korraldas 8. juunil konverentsi “Kohaliku omavalitsuse ja ettevõtjate koostöö – kuidas saavutada suuremat heaolu ja majanduskasvu Eestis“ Laulasmaa SPA konverentsikeskuses.

    Konverentsil esinesid:

    Keila vallavanem Jaan Alver ütles oma ettekandes, et haldusreformi keerises asuvatel tänastel omavalitsustel puudub paraku piirkondlik visioon ja pikaajaline strateegia, samuti on ettevõtlusega tihti side nõrk. Küsimus on samuti omavalitsuste erinevates juhtimisstiilides ja väheses usalduses.

    Rahandusministeeriumi regionaalhalduse osakonna juhataja Väino Tõemets tõdes oma ettekandes, et omavalitsustel pole võimalik ilma ettevõtluseta hakkama saada – see koostöö on ülimalt oluline.

    Glamox HE ASi juhatuse liige Virve Jõgeva rääkis konverentsil dilemmadest, millega globaalse ettevõte juht kokku puutub kohalikes omavalitsustes. Üheks dilemmaks on Virve Jõgeva sõnul ettevõtte omaniku ootused, mis teinekord vastanduvad kogukonna ootustele.

    Euroopa Komisjoni endine asepresident Siim Kallas kõneles konverentsil poliitilistest valikutest ettevõtlusmaastiku kujundamisel (lühikokkuvõtte ettekandest siin).

    Vandeadvokaat ja Eesti Pereettevõtjate Liidu president Aare Tark kõneles konverentsil pereettevõtte võimalustest kohaliku elu arendajana. Aare Tark lausus „Pereettevõtteid iseloomustavad eelkõige jätkusuutlikkus, pikaajaline äristrateegia ning teatud ettevaatlikkus äririskide võtmisel“ (lühikokkuvõtte ettekandest siin).

    Alexela Group´i nõukogu esimees Heiti Hääl andis ülevaate pereettevõtte Alexela loomisest ning selle kujunemisest treileritootjast Leholas suureks kontserniks, mis annab tööd enam kui 1200 inimesele ning tegutseb mitmes valdkonnas.

    Juuni Õigusuudiste teemad:

    • Uus rahapesu ja terrorismi rahastamise tõkestamise seadus laiendab kohustusi
    • Riigikohus selgitas, kas äriühingu koosoleku kokkukutsumise korda on rikutud, kui osanik, kelle suhtes rikkumine on toimunud, tuleb ise koosolekule kohale
    • Riigikohtu hinnangul on ettevõtja klientide kohta käiva teabe konfidentsiaalseks pidamise eelduseks asjaolu, et teabel on kaubanduslik väärtus

  • TARK advised Icosagen Group

    2017

    TARK advised Icosagen AS and its subsidiary Icosagen Technolohies Inc in a complex transaction which included the exit of one shareholder and the buy-in of two new shareholders. Transaction team consisting of partner Hannes Küün and senior associate Tanel Küün assisted the client by preparing the transaction structure and the transaction documents.

    Icosagen Group is a company focused on providing and developing novel biotechnology products, services and researches to biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and to academia. The clients of Icosagen Group are based in Estonia, Europe, Asia and in the United States.     The Legal 500 recognized Law Office TARK in all nine rateable categories granting the highest 1st ranking to our work in Tax Law practice. The following eight attorneys of our law firm Aare Tark, Marit Savi, Hannes Küün, Tanel Tark, Allar Aru, Lada Riisna, Tauno Tark and Tanel Küün were highlighted by name.
