  • 2016 JOINT ECONOMIC CONFERENCE OF TARK & POSTIMEES – „GENERATION Z“

    The conference was held on 4th of March in 2016 in conference center of Sokos Hotel Viru.

    Conference was led by Henrik Roonemaa (founder of Geenius.ee, IT specialist and journalist).

    Well-known business and public men and women, Aare Tark (attorney), Jevgeni Ossinovski (Minister of Health and Labour), Taavet Hinrikus(founder of TransferWise), Ülle Madise (Chancellor of Justice), Maarja Kruusmaa (TTÜ, Centre for Biorobotics), Merle Liisu Lindma (HR Manager of Microsoft/Skype) held direct discussions over the innovations witnessed during last years and the new possibilities/challenges created by these. Generation Z was represented by D’n’B band Cartoon.

  • HypoVereinsbank – projekti finantseerimine

    Nõustasime HypoVereinsbanki (Unicrediti liige) poolt juhitud rahvusvahelist sündikaati 100 miljoni euroses projektis, mille raames finantseeriti terasetootja Galvex (praeguse nimega ArcelorMittal) arendust Muuga sadamas; tegu oli omal ajal suurima greenfield- projektiga Eestis.

    HypoVereinsbank (praeguse nimega UniCredit Bank) suuruselt kuues eraõiguslik finantsasutus Saksamaal. Pangal on ligikaudu 18 000 töötajat, 780 filiaali ja üle 8,5 miljoni kliendi.

    ArcelorMittal on maailma suurim terasetootja, mis tootis 2012. aasta seisuga 93,6 miljonit tonni toorterast aastas. 2013. aastal oli AcelorMittal Fortune Global 500 poolt avaldatud maailma suurimate äriühingute nimekirjas 91. kohal.
