‘They take very good care of clients needs, they work very closely with the client and always will surprise with the confidence and solution. It seams they work more than needed – like they step always one extra mile. • Court win of fundamental importance to Estonian Railways Ltd

To recall, the case involved a dispute regarding the Tallinn-Haapsalu newly (currently being) built railway that is under constant public and political discussions. TARK represented the client, Estonian Railways Ltd against a former owner of railway sleepers and other bulk, on to which Estonian Railways has, upon the Estonian state’s request, built a new railway. The opposing party claimed damages for alleged loss of ownership. Since the dispute concentrated on a length of 1/10 of the whole Tallinn-Haapsalu railway, in an event of loss for Estonian Railways, an enormous amount of claims would have followed. TARK has prevented this by gaining a total win for the client, leaving the opposing party losing the battle.

The client was represented by partners Tauno Tark and Marit Savi.
