The Legal 500 recognized Law Office TARK in all nine categories rated in Estonia.
For 32 years, The Legal 500 has been ranking the quality of legal service providers by analysing the capabilities of law firms in over 150 jurisdictions across the world. The rankings are based on a series of criteria, among others long-lasting experience in the field of legal services, reviews of experienced independent experts, and feedback from 300,000 clients worldwide. In Estonia The Legal 500 research is carried out in nine different fields of legal practice.
Law Office TARK is ranked tier two worthy in six fields of legal practice – Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Employment, EU and Competition, Real Estate and Construction, Shipping and Transport, and Banking, Finance and Capital Markets.

Marit Savi kirjutab Raamatupidamisuudistes, et arusaam isikuandmete kaitse aktuaalsuse vähenemisest on ekslik, pigem on tegemist vaikusega enne tormi. Alles selle aasta jaanuaris jõustus uus isikuandmete kaitse seadus, mis annab Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile vajalikud õigused GDPR´i täitmise kontrollimiseks ja rikkumiste karistamiseks. Seega, reaalne GDPR´i rakendamine Eestis alles algab ja andmetöötluse korrastamisest siiski pääsu pole.

Marit Savi ja Hannes Küün koolitasid Eesti Koolitus- ja Konverentsikeskuse poolt korraldatud hommikuseminaril ettevõtjaid teemal „Millal ja kuidas kasutada osalusoptsioone?“ Koolitusel anti praktiliste näidete põhjal ülevaade peamistest aktsionäride/osanike vahel kasutatavatest optsioonidest ja töötajate motiveerimisele suunatud optsioonidest. Samuti räägiti optsioonilepingu põhitingimustest ja optsioonide maksustamisest.
